Copied Exams using Respondus LockDown Browser Not Working

Turn Respondus LockDown Browser ON & OFF

If you are using Respondus Lockdown Browser then you may encounter an issue where there is a red text error message saying the exam is not available.

To fix this:

  1. Go to the Respondus LockDown Browser Dashboard.
  2. Select the Settings for your exam.
  3. Change the LockDown Browser Settings from "Require" or "Don't Require" (whichever is not selected) then "Save + Close"
  4. Repeat the step above if you need to switch it back to the setting you require for your exam and then "Save + Close".
  5. Check to see if the red error text has disappeared. 
  6. Switch your role to Student and check that students can start the exam.
