Employee Voicemail access

Okanagan College has transitioned from a Mitel based phone infrastructure to a Microsoft TEAMS based infrastructure.

TEAMS

To check voicemail from any device that you are logged into Teams on

• click the Activity button and
• select a voicemail notification to either read a text version or listen by clicking the Play icon 

To setup a greeting:

• Settings > Calls > Configure voicemail > Record a greeting > OK.
