Hardware Performance Issues for educators

If you are experiencing issues with the laptop or computer you are using—such as slow performance, lagging, or freezing—these are considered hardware-related issues.

Support for hardware, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and loaner or replacement devices, is managed through  IT Services in coordination with your Program Coordinator.

If your device performance is impacting your ability to work or teach, please contact IT Services as soon as possible so they can assess the device and advise on next steps or available options.

Educational Technology Support

Once any hardware-related issues have been addressed, support for teaching and learning technologies—such as learning platforms, online tools, or instructional setup—can be provided by the Educational Technology team.

This helps get device issues resolved efficiently, while instructional support focuses on teaching and learning needs.
