Adding a Shared Mailbox to a Mobile Device

How to add a shared mailbox you have permissions to access using Outlook for iOS or Android.

1 Add a shared mailbox
  1. Sign in to your primary account in Outlook for iOS or Android
  2. Tap Add Account, then select Add a Shared Mailbox
  3. If you have multiple accounts, select the account that has access

Once setup is complete, the shared mailbox will appear in your account list.

2 Remove a shared mailbox
  1. Go to Settings → Accounts
  2. Select the shared mailbox
  3. Tap Delete Account
