Sign into One Drive
One Drive is a Microsoft cloud storage service that lets you save, access, and share your files securely from any device. Signing into one drive first reduces setup effort making it easier to get onto other MS Apps.
- On the bottom right click the arrow up to bring up hidden icons click on the One Drive Cloud icon. You can click on the Windows Start Icon and search for "one drive" in Apps.
- Use your OC Credentials to sign in

Connect Outlook
Open the MS Outlook (Classic) App, enter OC email address or if you see your OC email address press Connect.

Open MS Teams
Click on the Windows Start button and Search for Teams App. If you are signed into One drive Teams should open with your account if not please sign-in to Teams using OC credentials.
Open Company Portal App
The Microsoft Company Portal app is a tool that lets you securely access your organization’s apps, data, and resources. Here is where you can download OC Approved Apps like Adobe Acrobat.
Download Adobe Acrobat
Adobe Acrobat is a software application that allows you to create, view, edit, and manage PDF (Portable Document Format) files.
- In the company portal app, search for Adobe Pro with creative cloud in Apps and Install
- Once Installed you will use your OC credentials to sign-in selecting the Work or School account option not personal

Setup Global Protect VPN
GlobalProtect VPN is a secure remote access tool that allows users to connect to their organization’s internal network and resources from outside the campus or office
- Open Global protect on the bottom right arrow up to bring up hidden Icons, click on the grey earth icon. Enter the portal information in this format .okanagan.bc.ca
- You will be asked to sign-in with OC credentials.

- After Entering OC credentials a Paloalto webpage will open. Press open

- Once Connected you will receive a notification on the bottom of your screen and the GlobalProtect Earth Icon will turn blue and show Connected.

Setup Printers
- Select Windows Start button and Search for Printers & Scanners in Settings
- Press Add Device
- Ensure you are signed in and select Work or School
- Type the name of the printer you would like to add or search location to find printer
- Click Add device
