A Corporate Services Transformation Initiative is when a group of key stakeholders and process owners conduct an analysis on a new or existing process or form to improve the overall customer experience, decreasing turn-around time and reducing inefficiencies.
How to get started
- Share your idea with your Director, Manager, or Supervisor and your team to gather feedback
- Review the Process & Form Digitization Responsibility Matrix
- Identify who should be a part of the transformation
- Click Request Service and complete the form
How quickly will my request be processed?
New requests are prioritized based on organizational needs and processing volumes among other factors.
Usually, form development takes a minimum of 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the form and workflow. The team may also be working on a backlog of requests. If a form for your department or business area is currently being developed, work on a new form will likely not begin until the previous request has been closed.
