IT Services can help assist with on-campus events. Or AV team can provide sound systems and display systems including delivering TV screens with powerpoint for your Okanagan College event. This includes equipment like speakers, mixers, microphones, TVs, and projectors. AV will also work with Public affairs should livecasting be required.
Cost
There is no cost associated with this service
Service availability is intended for the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Depending on the size of event, setup time should be considered

Requesting Service
Requests for AV Event Support must be made at least five (5) business days in advance of the event
After clicking the "Request Service" button, a Service request will be submitted to our AV team. IT Services AV experts will reach out to consult on the specifics of your request.
