If you are working in Kaltura Meeting Room then some of the whiteboard tools may collapse into the pencil tool if you are working on a lower resolution screen.

The highlighter, eraser, type and upload image tools collapse into the pencil tool on lower resolution screens.
High resolution screens show all the tools
When working with a high resolution screens Kaltura Meeting Room's tools will appear in the top bar.
