Which browser to use?
If you are having trouble using Kaltura Virtual Classroom on Mac then switching to Chrome or one of the other browsers listed below should fix any issues.
To use Safari you will need ot download Kaltura's desktop client app for Mac.
Option 1 - use Chrome, Firefox or Edge
Option 2 - use Safari and download the Kaltura's desktop client app for Mac. You will be prompted to do this when you launch Kaltura from Moodle.
Above: when you launch a Kaltura Virtual Classroom from Moodle in Safari you will be prompted to download the Kaltura Virtual Classroom app.
