Employee Voicemail Access

Okanagan College has transitioned from a Mitel based phone infrastructure to a Microsoft Teams based infrastructure.

Check your voicemail in Teams

To check voicemail from any device you are logged into Teams on:

  1. Click the Activity button
  2. Select a voicemail notification to either read a text version, or listen by clicking the Play icon
Set up a voicemail greeting

To record a personal greeting:

Settings > Calls > Configure voicemail > Record a greeting > OK
