Get Rogers Portal Access

Okanagan College departments can purchase, assign, and renew cell phones and options via the Rogers self-help portals.

  1. Contact the Executive Assistant or Manager in your department
  2. Request they submit a Rogers portal access request (AMR) on your behalf
  3. Once access is granted, refer to Rogers Business Self-Serve → Help Tab for full guidance on portal features
Note: Portal access must be requested through your Executive Assistant or Manager — IT Services does not grant Rogers portal access directly.

Portal 2 — Rogers Direct

⚠️ Remember: Always update the shipping address to your department before completing any purchase in this portal.
Invoicing

IT Services will bill back all purchases to the respective departments. No action is required from departments for billing — IT Services handles this process.
