Equipment Loan - Adapters, Cameras, and other Gear

IT Services manages a collection of equipment available for short-term loan. Equipment can be reserved easily online, and arranged for pick-up at your home campus.

Cost

There is no cost associated with this service. Temporary financial holds may be placed on students and staff accounts.

Important notes about loans:

Pickup and delivery of audio visual equipment is the responsibility of the borrower.
The borrower is responsible for equipment to be returned on time. If additional time is required, equipment must first be returned and if available can be extended.
The borrower is financially responsible for the condition of the equipment and will be charged for the replacement cost of damaged or lost equipment.
