OneDrive on OC Lab Computers:

  1. Log into the lab computer with your myOkanagan email and password.

  2. Once logged into the computer, click on the OneDrive icon on the bottom right of the Window’s taskbar.

  3. If you do not see the OneDrive icon, it may be hidden. To view all hidden icons, select the arrow icon on the taskbar.

    • Note: If you still do not see the OneDrive icon, this means OneDrive has not loaded yet. To launch OneDrive, press the Windows key on your keyboard or select the Windows logo on the taskbar, then type “OneDrive.” Select the OneDrive app within the search results.

  4. Select Sign in, enter your Okanagan College email address, then select Sign in again.

  5. You will then be prompted for multifactor authentication (MFA).

  6. Now you are logged in. Keep clicking Next until you reach the Back up folders on this PC screen.

  7. Wait for the folders to be scanned, then select Start backup.

  8. Your Okanagan College OneDrive account is now connected to the lab computer. Now every file you save to the Desktop, Documents, or Pictures folder will automatically upload to OneDrive and be accessible from the web on any device with an Internet connection.
