Add a link to the activity completion report to your Moodle course

Here we look at how to add a direct link to the Activity Completion Report for each student.

You can create this link on the homepage of your Moodle shell by following these quick steps.

1. Go to the homepage of your Moodle Shell.
2. Click Turn Editing On at the top right of the page.
3. Click + Add an activity or resource.
4. Go to the Activities tab and select Label.
5. Click the downward pointing arrow and select the HTML button </>.
   (See screenshot below for the buttons in step 5)
6. Delete the existing HTML code from the screen then copy & paste in the code below

8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save and return to course
9. On the homepage of your class click the Edit button next to the new Activity Completion Report and select Hide so this does not appear for students.

You can now click your Activity Completion Report to see what each student has completed or not.
