How to reset your Okanagan College password

Step 1: Open a Private/Incognito Window
Open a Private or Incognito window in your preferred web browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).

Navigate to one of the following websites:

• myOkanagan

• Moodle

• Outlook

• Office 365

Click on the Sign In / Log In button.

Step 2: Enter Your Okanagan College Email Address

• Students: Use the format firstname.lastname@myokanagan.bc.ca

  • Example: john.smith@myokanagan.bc.ca

• Staff/Faculty: Use the format firstinitiallastname@okanagan.bc.ca

  • Example: jsmith@okanagan.bc.ca

Click Next

Step 3: Select "Forgot my password"

Step 4: Complete the Captcha

• Enter the characters shown (not case sensitive).

• If the Captcha is difficult to read, click the Refresh button.

• Click Next.

Then click Next

Step 5: Choose a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Method
Select your preferred MFA method to verify your identity.

• If you encounter an error at this step, please contact IT Services for assistance verifying your account and setting up MFA.

Step 6: Set a New Password
Enter your new password following these requirements:

• Minimum of 8 characters

• Must include at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol

Your new password will provide access to:

• MyOkanagan

• MyMoodle

• MS Office 365

• Okanagan College Email
