CourseBridge Administrator Interface Overview
CourseBridge provides an internal review workspace for moving Moodle courses into Brightspace with clear ownership, staged approval, and controlled role access. This guide introduces the main areas of the CourseBridge administrator interface, including hierarchy navigation, workflow resources, status definitions, dashboard reporting, and communication tools.

Step 1: Open the Hierarchy Page
When you log in to CourseBridge, you will land on the Hierarchy page. This view provides an overview of current course migration activity across the institution.
- Review the current status of courses.
- Identify courses that are in progress, approved, or needing attention.
- Use the hierarchy as your starting point for monitoring migration progress.
Step 2: Drill Down by School and Department
Select a school from the hierarchy to view school-specific migration progress. You can then open departments to review the status of individual courses.
- Click a school to review progress within that area.
- Open a department to narrow your view.
- Review individual course records and statuses.
Step 3: Review the Workflow Guide
The Workflow Guide provides a detailed explanation of the Moodle-to-Brightspace migration process and the stages each course moves through.
- Course assignment
- TA review
- Quality control review
- Approval and completion stages
Step 4: Explore the Workflow Diagrams
The Diagrams tab provides a visual overview of the migration workflow, including the staging phase and the progression of courses through various review states.
- Open the Diagrams tab.
- Review the migration workflow from assignment to approval.
- Understand states such as Assigned to TA and Final Approved.
Step 5: Understand Status Meanings
The Status Meanings tab explains every status label used throughout the CourseBridge workflow.
