1. Flex Center workstations are set up for minimal change requirements.
- Docking station is built-in
- Keyboard is attached
- Mouse is attached
- Network is attached
- Camera is built-in
- Laptop will be charged by the workstation
USB-C connection to the laptop can be connected either left or right.
2. Workstation (diagram from rear) has headphone jack on the left, and multiple USB ports for additional connections.
To open / close camera cover, there is a ‘collar’ around the camera that can turn slightly left or right.
3. Plug laptop in. That’s it.
4. To attach the local printer, select Settings
Select Bluetooth & devices
Select Printers and scanners
Select Work or School printer
Search by location for PEN Campus
Refresh list, if needed.
Locate P-PE-A01
Add device
5. For Secure Printing, there's no requirement to add this printer. You can print to Find-Me-Print, and it will print out at the printer of your choice.
If not already installed, install Find-Me Print
From the Company Portal or OCAppStore, select Apps on the left pane.
Find PaperCut Print Deploy Client
Install …
FindMePrint will normally be installed by default.
6. If FindMePrint is not installed, select the icons in the system tray (lower right of the screen)
Select the green PaperCut icon, and install FindMePrint
7. When installed, print to FindMePrint as a printer. The print job will be associated with your login, not a specific printer.
Adjust the other print options (copies, duplex, etc) As desired.
8. When at your printer of choice, log in manually or use your Salto card to login
9. Your profile will indicate that your print job is available. The print job is associated with your login, not a specific printer.
Select Print Release
Identify the job to release, and it will print.
