Missing Moodle Courses

A student reports that one or more registered courses are not visible in their Moodle dashboard.

Resolution

1. Log in to Moodle.
2. Navigate to the Dashboard.
3. Locate the Course Overview block.
4. Find the filter dropdown menu (usually above the course list).
5. Change the filter setting to “All.”
6. Confirm if the missing course now appears.

Additional Checks (if still missing)

• Ensure you are officially registered in the course, check in myOkanagan.
• Confirm the course has been made visible. (reach out to your instructor)
